In order for us to serve you better and to process your orders accurately, kindly read through our policies and procedures.


ORDERING PROCEDURE

1) Choose your desire product from our collection (Apparel: item code, color and quantity. Nohohon : item code and quantity).

2) Email your orders to dressupfashion@live.com along with the Item Code, Color (apparel), Quantity and Delivery details.

3) Upon confirmation, we will send you a confirmation email together with the invoice.

4) Remember to include the following details when placing orders.

*Please ensure that there is someone to receive your goods =)
c) Contact number

Note: DressUp! Fashion House Co., Ltd only accept orders by corresponding to the above email


PAYMENT

1) Kindly proceed with payment within 2 days after invoice is issued, failing in which your order will be void. You may transfer the amount due through ATM fund transfer, online banking fund transfer, or bank in through the cash deposit machine

2) Please send us a notification email after your deposit, stating the amount deposited, date of deposit, bank name and invoice number.

3) We only support cash deposit or online banking. Our account details will be stated clearly in the invoice issued to you in your order confirmation email.

4) Your goods will be sent out within 2 days after payment is made (except for weekends & public holidays

5) Kindly retain receipt of deposit in the case where payment verification is required.


SHIPPING POLICY

Once payment is received, your goods will be shipped out within 2 working days*
Delivery charges will be stated in the invoice. Feel free to email us should you need further clarification on this.


** FREE POSTAGE for purchases above RM200 (West Malaysia only)


REMARKS

We perform cautious scrutiny to all goods before delivery. With this, we do not accept any return or exchange of goods purchased. We sincerely apologize should there be any inconvenience caused.

DISCLAIMER

The apparels/products in our website may have insignificant differences in terms of color due to lighting in photography and the inevitable differences in monitor settings. We do not guarantee that the apparels/products shown in photographs in the website correspond 100% to the actual product. Any deficiency or minor stains (be it removable or not), imperfection in tailoring, color fading, man-made imperfections, buttons not well-secured, computer monitor display and actual fabric color differences of the apparels sold by DressUp! Fashion House Co., Ltd is strictly not exchangeable. We shall not be liable for any losses or damages during delivery.
